Job Description:

 

The candidate must be a seasoned security professional with strong interpersonal skills and able to adapt in a highly charged and challenging work environment. They will provide day to day security oversight of several Programs within a multi-disciplinary security including Collateral, SAP/SAR and SCI environments. The individual will be responsible in the development, preparation, implementation, maintenance and customer approval of Security Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), etc. The successsful candidate must have skills and in-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), JAFAN's and DCID's as well as other national level security directives. The successful candidate must have a complete understanding of DoD and national intelligence agency security requirements. The candidate must be able to work closley with government security counterparts, program managers and other defense industry partners to ensure program success. The successful candidate must be customer oriented and able to function with limited supervision.

 

Requirements for this position:

 

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required

 

- Some travel is required

 

- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience

 

- Should have appropriate Professional Certifications or SAP mid-level course

 

- A minimum 5 years CPSO experience required

 

- Security Clearance required

 

- Only candidates with a current TS/SSBI will be considered
