Lori Benson

FMS Program Manager

Lori has been leading project teams in the DoD, FMS and Federal markets for over 25 years. As an experienced PMP, she naturally seeks to learn what people do well, how they enjoy working, and encourages intellectual curiosity among team members. Lori values each colleague’s strengths and passions; she strives to provide the tools and resources for team members to be successful while ensuring they make the appropriate connections with teammates and clients.

As FMS Program Manager, Lori tracks the progress of contract deliverables and system development milestones to ensure the team exceeds expectations in the areas of cost, schedule and client satisfaction for our domestic and FMS customers. She assists with recruiting top talent and sourcing subcontractors to enhance our software design and development capabilities. Lori is the Quality Management lead for ITC, which is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company in the areas of business development, human resources and recruiting, program management, and software design and development.

Prior to joining ITC in 2016, Lori was a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, where she managed a large team of subject matter experts from multiple offices who provided program, financial, logistics, training and technical management support to a US Navy FMS client. Lori was awarded the firm’s Values in Practice award for her leadership and commitment to the corporate mission and core values.

Lori holds a B.A. in Communications from James Madison University and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer.
