ITC is pleased to announce the hiring of Patrick Walton as our new Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Walton will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning efforts while aligning growth objectives with ITC’s mission. Mr. Walton will work closely with company leaders to ensure proper resource allocation and structure as ITC prepares to scale over the next 5 years. With extensive experience in the government contracting and consulting industry, ITC is excited to bring in Mr. Walton’s diverse and unique skill set.
Commenting on Mr. Walton’s hire, ITC President Noelle Shema remarked that “ITC is excited to leverage Mr. Walton’s extensive business development and strategy experience. ITC is always looking to grow in current and new markets, and we believe Mr. Walton can help us expand our footprint in the Huntsville area where he will be based, as well as in other untapped market spaces throughout the US.”
Before joining ITC, Mr. Walton served in senior management positions at SAIC, CSC, Perot Systems and Ciber Federal Solutions, supporting and managing large government programs. Mr. Walton’s previous position before joining ITC was as President of enGenius Consulting Group. Before becoming president, Mr. Walton served as the Vice President of Business Development and as the lead project manager of the firm’s largest army software development projects. Mr. Walton was instrumental in revitalizing the company’s corporate pipeline, reversing enGenius’ revenue decline, and securing two of the largest contracts in the history of the company.
