Integrated Product Support

Integrated Product Support (IPS) is the backbone of sustained system readiness. In complex global environments, long-term performance depends on disciplined coordination, lifecycle management, and clear communication across geographically dispersed teams. ITC Defense ensures that systems remain operational and effective by integrating supportability into every phase of the program lifecycle.

ITC Defense optimizes system availability by aligning technical rigor with logistics realism. Our approach ensures that government platforms are not only deployed but are reliably sustained, maintained, and modernized from initial fielding through end-of-life.

Lifecycle Management in Complex Environments

ITC Defense brings extensive experience supporting programs that span multiple locations, international organizations, and diverse technical contexts. We work closely with government customers and cross-functional teams to manage the day-to-day requirements of system sustainment while maintaining alignment with long-term program objectives.

Our teams emphasize collaboration and transparency to ensure consistent execution across global support operations, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and overseas technical assistance. By managing expectation and delivery, we ensure that support infrastructure keeps pace with technical requirements.

Integrated Sustainment and Logistics

We apply comprehensive IPS principles to keep systems functional, supported, and aligned with user needs. Our sustainment efforts focus on coordinating the “12 Product Support Elements”—including maintenance planning, supply support, and packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T)—to reduce risk and improve system uptime.

By integrating technical insight with disciplined logistics processes, ITC Defense helps customers maintain continuity while adapting to evolving hardware and software configurations.

Integrated Product Support Capabilities

Our IPS and Sustainment capabilities include:

  • Sustainment Planning: IPS element implementation and long-term supportability strategy.
  • Configuration Management: Robust change management and version control for hardware and software.
  • Technical Documentation: Development and maintenance of interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs) and technical orders.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Milestone coordination, site surveys, and system acceptance support.
  • FMS Support: Dedicated operational and logistics support for international partners.
  • Readiness Reporting: Performance tracking, maintenance data analysis, and reliability assessments.

Training and Knowledge Transfer

Training is a critical component of system readiness and long-term sustainment. ITC Defense delivers training management and curriculum development tailored to technicians, operators, and maintainers across diverse environments.

Our training capabilities include:

  • Curriculum Development: “Train-the-trainer” programs and custom instructional design.
  • Field Training: On-site support and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) deployments.
  • Technical Instruction: Hardware/software installation and complex system maintenance training.
  • Multi-Modal Learning: Instructor-led, field-based, and internet-enabled learning environments.

ITC Defense instructors serve as primary subject matter experts, conducting classroom and field demonstrations using operational equipment. Programs of Instruction (POI) are continuously evaluated and updated to reflect engineering changes and evolving technology.

Built for Continuity
and Readiness
