Chris Kitchens

Chris Kitchens is the Chief Financial Officer of ITC Defense Corp, bringing over 22 years of financial strategy and operational efficiency experience within the defense contracting and aviation sectors. Beginning his career as an entry level financial analyst responsible for Contract Line Item Number status reporting on an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract with a ceiling of over $1 billion, Chris worked his way up through the various finance roles in growing and dynamic organizations. Such roles included reporting, billing, program financial analysis, inventory accounting, budget control, provisional billing rate creation, incurred cost submission creation and support, corporate reporting, leading annual financial statement audits by external third party audit agencies as well as leading other audit activities by various USG agencies.

Chris holds a B.S. in Finance from Jacksonville State University located in Jacksonville, AL. as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Alabama.
