Noelle is a dedicated, driven leader with over 10 years of experience directing and growing operations, motivating and guiding teams of employees, and exceeding the expectations of customers and clients in the defense and government contracting industries. She joined ITC in January 2012 as the Office Manager and advanced to Vice President of Operations. In September 2017, she assumed the role of ITC’s President.

Noelle’s specialty lies in organization management and contract management.

Prior to joining ITC, Noelle worked abroad supporting other governmental agencies in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Noelle holds a B.S in Psychology and B.A. in History from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
