ARLINGTON, VA (June 21, 2021) ITC Defense today announced that Phil Nivens has been named Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Nivens has more than 25 years of leadership experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for MatinFederal Consulting, ensuring superior service delivery across service lines including Engineering & Tech Services, Training Solutions, Advanced IT Solutions, and Cyber Solutions for a myriad of Department of Defense organizations. Prior to that, Mr. Nivens served as a Program Management Senior Manager for SAIC.

Mr. Nivens received a BA Degree in Business Management, majoring in Finance, from Auburn University and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation 3 certifications.
