FACILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING AND SITE ACTIVATION
ITC assists customers with the effective planning, programming, acquisition and activation of facilities required to meet a customer’s mission. Capability highlights include:
Facilities planning and requirements analyses
- Conduct surveys, requirements analyses, and assessments for real property acquisition planning, construction, and occupancy

ASSET MANAGEMENT
ITC developed and maintains an integrated asset management system, A-TRAC, which effectively manages the wide variety of assets owned by government organizations. INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT (ILS)
ITC provides integrated logistics support to keep our customers at the highest state of readiness, while optimizing the costs associated with complex weapons systems and supply depots. Capability highlights include:
- Product/Program Support Management- support customer requirements and shipment management
- Sustaining Engineering- Supply Chain Mangement (SCM)/logistics analysis, policy recommendation, technical support and assessments
- Supply Support- inventory monitoring and repair pipeline, warehouse management, inventory process development and review
- Conduct analyses of existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs to provide recommendations for improving the coordination and management of ILS elements, with special emphasis on unique customer country requirements
PROGRAM OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
