As President of ITC Defense, Mark leads corporate growth and scalability strategies. A veteran leader with 35 years of experience in government and industry, he has a proven track record of delivering mission success in space, missile defense, and test and evaluation markets. Previously President of Yulista Holding, LLC’s Aerospace Systems and Engineering Group and Troy 7, Inc., Mark leverages his expertise to drive customer acquisition and enterprise value.

Mark holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida and a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Mark is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
