Richard (Rick) George is a dedicated and thoughtful business executive who joined ITC Defense in February of 2024 as ITC’s Vice President of Operations, joining a strong executive team to help ITC continue to grow and internally scale its operational structure to continue serving our employees and customers in the exceptional manner that they deserve.

Prior to joining ITC, Rick spent over 20 years as the Founder and President of George Consulting, building that company from the ground floor into a successful small business providing specialized Engineering and IT services to the Department of Defense. Rick has over 25 years of experience defining, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow, management, and analytics tools/systems within the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and Private Sector. Rick began his career supporting the Naval Air Systems Command’s F-18 Hornet Program before moving to KPMG Consulting supporting DFAS Financial System Implementations/Modernizations and then the Defense Security Cooperation Agency with cost modeling and data analytics solutions.

Rick graduated in 1997 from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
